Behind the Blend: Meet The Team

First things first – who are you and what’s your role here at Icely Done?

I’m Jordan, the Northern Sales Manager, which means I’m out and about making sure our Blends end up in the right hands – and glasses – across the North. It’s part relationship-builder, part cocktail ambassador, and full-time Blend enthusiast.

What gets you buzzing about being part of the Icely Done crew?

Honestly? The Blends. Being able to shake up a banging Piña Colada in seconds is an absolute game changer.

It’s not just about convenience – it’s about quality, too. I love that we’re helping venues serve better drinks, faster, without cutting corners.

Give us a little flavour of your background – how did you end up shaking things up in this role?

I’ve been working in hospitality for around 15 years, doing everything from barback to GM. I’ve seen some of the best and worst sides of the industry, and worked in a few of the best and worst bars in Manchester to go with it. I eventually found my stride in sales, where I get to combine my love of the industry with actually helping people run better bars. It just clicked.

Favourite bar or festival – where’s your ultimate vibe, and why?

Glastonbury, without a doubt. It’s quite literally the most magical place on earth. There’s nothing quite like it, the energy, the people, the sheer scale of the thing. It’s chaos, but the good kind. I’m super excited to have got tickets again for this year!

If you could sip just one cocktail for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Miami Vice. No question. It’s got the best of both worlds, half Piña Colada, half Strawberry Daiquiri, it doesn’t mess about. If I’m going to commit to just one cocktail forever, it’s got to be one that delivers every time.

Which of our Blends are you most hyped to show off to customers, and what makes it a winner?

Pineapple & Coconut and Strawberry & Lime, because, well, Miami Vice. They’re not just great individually, but, put them together and you’ve got a crowd-pleaser that never fails to impress. Plus, there’s something about handing over a frozen cocktail that makes people grin before they’ve even had a sip.

Tell us about your most unforgettable cocktail moment – at a bar, an event, or wherever the magic happened.

Double Chicken Please in New York is hands down the best cocktail bar I’ve ever been to. Every single drink was ridiculous in the best way. The standout? Some wild Homer Simpson doughnut lager concoction. I’ve genuinely not stopped talking about it since. It completely changed what I thought cocktails could be.

If your job were a cocktail, what would it be and why?

Probably a Singapore Sling. There’s loads going on, it’s a bit chaotic at times, and it takes a few moving parts to get right – but when it comes together, it just works. That’s kind of how sales is, too.

Time to get creative: design your own signature cocktail. What’s in it, and what’s it called?

I’d keep it simple but weird.. a Piña Colada with a splash of Guinness. Something creamy, tropical and totally unexpected. Not for everyone, but for those who get it… they really get it. I’d call it the Geenwacolada.
